Celebrating 25 Years of Hoop Loop Basketball ♥
Summer 2019 was an important and impressive milestone for our beloved Hoop Loop Summer League and marked our 25th anniversary of the league! Started by Shelley Pretty (Vanderbeld) back in the summer of 1995 and handed off to Emily McLachlin in the summer of 2015 - we are SO proud to carry on and expand Shelley's league!
As a nod to our 25th Anniversary, 3 players were recognized who have participated all 25 years. On behalf of the league, Emily presented Shelley Pretty, Kathy Arcuri-Arnott and Courtney Thornton with flowers, thank you cards and Lambton Lions t-shirts for their 25 years of contributions and dedication to our league.
